ONE-PAN SMOKED SAUSAGE POTATO BAKE

This Easy One Pan Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake is the ultimate weeknight dinner, quick to prep, packed with flavor, and baked to golden, cheesy perfection. With just 10 minutes of hands-on time, you’ll have a hearty, comforting meal the whole family will love. Roasted potatoes, smoky sausage, peppers, and a creamy drizzle come together in one pan for easy cleanup and maximum flavor.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4”pieces

1 1/2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1/2” slices

1 large onion, sliced

2 bell peppers, chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp thyme

1 jalapeño, chopped (seeds removed if you don’t like it spicy)

1/4 cup heavy cream (or coffee cream)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack or mozzarella)

Chopped Fresh or freeze dried parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Combine the potatoes, onion, bell peppers, jalapeños, and sliced smoked sausage in a large baking pan.

3. Drizzle the olive oil, melted butter, and cream over the mixture.

4. Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over everything, then toss well to coat.

5. Spread the mixture out evenly in the pan and roast for 35–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

6. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Garnish with parsley, chives, or scallions if desired.

8. Serve & enjoy warm!
